NEW ORLEANSThe Louisiana Supreme Courts Attorney Disciplinary Board has recommended that Crowley attorney Wade P. Richard be disbarred from the practice of law after a series of incidents, including forgery, second degree robbery, second degree battery, and threatening a client. The courts disciplinary board held a hearing on the charges against Richard in Lake Charles in January. read more
